Terms of Use

Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the AAM website located at www.aamconsulting.bg, and all associated sites linked to www.aamconsulting.bg by AAM Consulting Ltd., its subsidiaries and affiliates, including AAM sites around the world (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of AAM Consulting Ltd. (“AAM”) and its licensors.
By accessing or using the Website, and the content and services available via the Website, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms in all aspects with respect to the Website. If you are not willing to be bound by each and every term or condition, or if any representation made herein by you is not true, you may not use, and must cease using, the Website.
AAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, AAM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
Content
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to AAM, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You may use information on AAM products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by AAM for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

AAM Consulting Ltd. (“AAM”) is strongly committed to protecting your personal information. The Privacy statement describes how AAM handles personal information collected through the site on www.aamconsulting.bg that links to this Privacy policy. The use of the website Aamconsulting.bg is possible without any indication of personal data; however, if a data subject wants to use special enterprise services via our website, processing of personal data could become necessary.
By using the Website and providing personal information to us, you acknowledge you have read this Privacy policy, and, to the extent your consent is necessary and valid under applicable law, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such personal information by AAM and any third party recipients in accordance with this Privacy policy.
As the controller, AAM has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. 1. Definitions
The data protection declaration of AAM. is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). d) Restriction of processing
Restriction of processing is the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.

g) Controller or controller responsible for the processing
Controller or controller responsible for the processing is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by European Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by European Union or Member State law.
h) Processor
Processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
i) Recipient
Recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with European Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing.
j) Third party
Third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.
k) Consent
Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

3. Cookies
The Internet pages of Aamconsulting.bg use cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in a computer system via an Internet browser.

When using these general data and information, Aamconsulting.bg does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of our website correctly, (2) optimize the content of our website as well as its advertisement, (3) ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, Aamconsulting.bg analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.
